A bold member-commerce experience connected to a secure, mobile-friendly order operations system.

The challenge

Customers must sign in before purchasing, while the owner needs a reliable view of detailed orders and payments that may be completed through several channels.

The approach

I connected the existing Ultimate Member and WooCommerce experience instead of creating a competing system. Members receive a clearer purchase history, while authorized administrators get a focused front-end order desk with role-based access and deliberate controls.

The result

A more useful experience on both sides of the transaction: members can understand their order history, and the owner can review, accept, reject, update and communicate about orders without digging through the standard WordPress dashboard.
